We have had a number of inquiries regarding the 2021 Legal Plan. We typically distribute those during the December meeting however this year we were unable to do that. I have attached a copy of the form and you can download it and mail it in. please remember two things.
The form must be submitted with your payment by the end of the month.
The form must be sent directly to the law firm, do not send it to the lodge:
