Death of Karl Milligan #167
It is with Great Sorrow that the Retired Association is notified of the following from Brother Karl Milligan #1222, son of Retiree Karl Milligan #167.
It is with great sadness I must inform the members of the passing of retired PGPD Detective 1/C Karl Milligan #167
Dad passed away at the Easton Memorial Hospital on August 29th at the age of 91 years young.
He was hospitalized with a broken hip and recovered. While at the hospital he contracted an infection and ultimately passed.
Arrangements will be private.
