Death of Shirley Mangum ID C-1

Shirley Mangum ID C-1 passed February 8th. Surrounded by family.

Shirley’s last duty assignment was, Commander Central Records. Prior to her assignment as Commander of Records, she was the Executive Secretary to the Chief of Police, Roland B. Sweitzer.

There will be a private family funeral in the near future.
