**Update** We are happy to announce our injured member has been released from the hospital and is home recovering.  

PGPD Detectives Assaulted During Arrest of Repeat Offenders

A number of our members were injured and one Detective was rushed to the Hospital in serious condition after being assaulted and going unconscious during an early morning arrest operation. These repeat offenders are now in custody. Our members are recovering with a long road ahead.

Please pray for our involved members who are recovering after risking their LIVES to protect OUR community. Please help us CHANGE the national narratives and let the Maryland Legislature know that our members deserve better!
