The Member must request the new ID by emailing:

Type of Retirement (Normal or Medical):


Please be aware that a response may take 24 to 48 hours to start the process as we have to perform in-house checks. 


*If an ID is lost or stolen a police report must be taken and a copy of the report provided for processing purposes.
